In the industrial zone in New Minya city on 40,000m2 , just few kilometers away from the quarry and the crusher , MCC constructed a plant to produce fine and super fine of both coated and uncoated CaCO3. The machines installation is currently in process by HOSOKAWA ALPINE Aktiengesellschaft , the world's foremost supplier of processing systems for the field of powder and particle processing , the machinery supplier to start production within Q4 2018.

The new facility will allow MCC to expand the product range and add to its production particle sizes from 3µ to 45µ of both coated and uncoated CaCO3 , accordingly expanding MCC customer base and allowing the penetration of new industries, in addition to exporting to new markets.
